There are no listed top notes, so the scent opens close to its core rather than with a bright citrus or aldehydic lift — expect the rose to arrive already wrapped in smoke, with the resinous myrrh and sweet vanilla settling in soon after. The accord breakdown (amber dominant, rose close behind, then warm spice, vanilla and balsam) describes a dense, slow-moving composition rather than a fresh one.

For collectors, this reads as a modern resin-rose in the older oriental-floral manner — closer to church-incense and labdanum territory than to a dewy garden rose. Hidden by a Rose 係 Lancôme 2026 年新作，結構刻意收窄：玫瑰與乳香做心調，沒藥與雲呢拿墊底，冇列出前調，所以一噴就近乎直接進入核心，唔會有柑橘或醛類嘅明亮開場。玫瑰一開始已經被煙燻包住，之後樹脂感嘅沒藥同甜雲呢拿慢慢滲出。主調以琥珀最重，玫瑰緊隨，跟住係暖辛香、雲呢拿同香脂，整體濃密、流動緩慢，唔屬於清爽型。

對收藏者嚟講，呢支似係以舊式東方花香手法處理嘅現代樹脂玫瑰，氣質偏向教堂乳香同岩薔薇，多過露水花園玫瑰。適合鍾意花香深沉、帶甜又略帶清苦嘅人，亦適合唔介意香水由第一噴就貼住溫暖基調嘅用家。秋冬、夜晚，或者想喺玫瑰收藏入面加一支香脂琥珀對照嘅話都合適。如果唔鍾意沒藥，或者期待明顯前調，建議先試香。
