H24 from Hermès arrived in 2021 as Christine Nagel's composition for men, built on a single declared tier: a top accord of clary sage, narcissus, palisander rosewood and sclarene, with no heart or base notes listed. In practice the sage and sclarene carry the aromatic-green character, the narcissus supplies the yellow-floral warmth that dominates the second accord, and the rosewood lends a soft woody-spicy undertone. The result reads green and balsamic rather than sweet, with a clean, almost metallic freshness collectors either find modern or find austere.

Because the pyramid is so top-loaded, expect the brightest phase to pass relatively quickly and the drydown to sit close, woody and faintly floral.
